Should you monetize the cleaning fee in your Airbnb listing?
I like to keep the cleaning fee reasonable for a couple of reasons.
1. It helps ensure my Airbnbs are booking. When guests feel the cleaning fee is reasonable, they’re more likely to book.
2. Pricing is dynamic. It changes with the seasons and demand. So, if the cleaning fee is super high that can scare guests away when those other prices go up.
