Habits: From The Inside Out

What do you believe about yourself? Ever notice how it’s easier to believe the negative—the shame, the unworthiness, the one negative comment among the nine positive comments? Then the negative starts to become your identity and your habits. There’s a reason the writer of the New Testament letter of Ephesians spends the entire first three chapters reminding them who they are—blessed, included, redeemed, forgiven. “Who” comes before “do.” Remind people who they are, and there’s a good chance they’ll figure out what to do.

Leevon Parks will join me as our Guest Storyteller. Leevon is almost four months clean & sober now! He’s been working his recovery and coming to FREE each week with his kids. Leevon is such a gentle soul and he’s getting his life back. He’ll share with us what it’s been like finding his true identity and developing healthy habits in early recovery. I’m so grateful he is part of this community!
