Intertech Building Services specializes in office cleaning services and is dedicated to taking care of all your janitorial needs. In office cleaning services, of a typical site you have an entrance and reception area, general offices, private offices, customer area, sales area, machine room, office washrooms, office bar, lunch room, board room and hallways.
In the main lobby and reception area, the entrance door and glass will be swept and the glass will be cleaned from both sides. Finger marks and smudges will be removed from the walls and any other surfaces. Filing cabinets, other office furniture fixtures, will be cleaned of finger marks: including windows and patricians.
Dusting
Dusting all horizontal surfaces of furniture, surfaces and all other areas will be dusted using a treated dust cloth.
Floors
All tile floors will be swept using a dust preventative wet mop.
Carpets
All carpeted areas will be vacuumed and stained areas will be removed as long as their removal does not spoil the general appearance of the carpet.
Garbage
All waste receptacles will be emptied. Additional plastic receptacles can be supplied at an additional charge. Recycle boxes emptied in the main bins (bins if required).
Lights
All lights will be turned off after cleaning is finished.
