Only a month after my 1yr mark of moving to Atlanta from MN I decided to move out of my apartment into a luxury high rise. I took a leap of faith and kept that old place and converted it to a airbnb with hopes to have that location pay not only it’s own rent but to for the profit to cover most of my new rent as well.
